We have an Electrifying Full Moon in Aquarius on August 9th, at 3:54 a.m., edt.
The grand trine and mystic kite continues on with the August full moon. What gorgeous grand trine it is! Also, there is a Jupiter/Venus conjunction happening. This is fantastical! Talk about magic. Love, creativity, peace, financial abundance are all there for the taking. Uranus, the modern day home planet of Aquarius, making sparks everywhere. Shazam! Aquarius is the visionary, the humanitarian, the brilliant alchemist of the zodiac and is raring to go with this moon's energy. Jupiter and Venus are urging us to create, love, grab the brass ring as we swiftly move through this electrical energy. Take time to care for the needy, the abandoned, the sick, the elderly, the lonely ones. Enter the Pied Piper Aquarius to lead the way in reminding us to care for humanity, the world, nature, animals. As always with a full moon, take heed of shifting energies that may have you reeling about, mentally and emotionally.
The lovely and benevolent Jupiter/Venus conjunction is waxing to make magic on Tuesday, August 12, at 1:25 a.m., edt. This special event, rare indeed, is suspended in time for a glorious 10 minutes 'til it separates ever so slightly to move forward and bless humanity. Set your alarm, no matter your time zone and look at at the sky, the stars, the moon, the planets! Make your wishes, requests known on this magical night and suspend any disbelief or sneaky doubts. Do something special this night!

Now for the New Moon! We have a Disciplined New Moon in Virgo at 0 degrees, a surprising placement for a new moon. This happens on August 23, at 2:05 a.m., edt. It has just left Leo, the summertime star, to help us take all that sunshine and gather it up for our new journey! This New Moon is making sure we are staying the course. Self-discipline is the key here. The previous summer moons have helped and taught us that love, peace, and magic exists. Use this moon to stay grounded. The North Node of the Moon is sitting on top of the ferris wheel, the midheaven! The Moon is on our side as long as we remain anchored. Neptune offers dreams come true, Saturn offers stability, the North Node offers visionary creativity! Walk the earth, care for nature, tend to wildlife, pets, the trees, the land. This is a perfect time to design a special altar, scrapbook, visionary board, secret garden! Let us revel in these August moons.
Remember to revel in this cosmic and earthy magic this month! Aquarius takes us to our north star, while Virgo prompts us earthbound once again. Take the two and use them wisely. Visionary activity combined with pragmatic applications is the key.
